Custom Scooters

Custom scooters built from the parts on our shelf, every component listed, and priced under what the same parts cost separately. Street builds on NATIVE decks, park builds on Root Industries and Apex, and value builds pairing Root with Envy. Want to choose every part yourself? Use our custom builder and we will put it together for you.

How our custom scooters work

Every build on this page is assembled by us from parts in our range, so you know exactly what you are getting: the deck, bars, fork, clamp, headset, wheels and grips are all listed on the product page. We price each build a little under the parts bought separately, so a custom is the cheapest way to get a scooter spec'd the way the good riders ride. Builds are named after cities so they are easy to talk about.

Street, park or budget

NATIVE builds are street scooters: wide decks, tall bars, built for rails and ledges. Root and Apex builds are the park and all-round options. The Root x Envy builds are the value end, a step up from a complete without the custom price. If you are between two, message us the rider's height and where they ride.

Build your own

The custom builder lets you pick every part from our range and shows the price and compatibility as you go. We check the combination, build it, and ship it ready to ride. Ask us if you want a part that is not on the builder.

Why buy a custom from Syndicate

Rider owned since 2016, and every custom is built by someone who rides. Genuine parts only, price-checked against Australian stores. Customs ship at a flat rate by state, shown at checkout, from $25 in Queensland and $30 interstate, and you have 90 days to return an unused build.

Frequently asked questions

Are custom scooters cheaper than buying the parts?

Yes. Every build on this page is priced under the same parts bought separately from us.

Can I change a part on a custom build?

Yes. Message us before you order with the swap you want, or use the custom builder to spec the whole scooter yourself.

Do custom scooters arrive built?

Yes. We assemble every custom here before it ships, so it arrives ready to ride.

What is the difference between a custom and a complete?

A complete is a scooter the brand designed as a package. A custom is one we build from aftermarket parts, usually lighter and stronger than a complete at the same money, and spec'd for a riding style.

How long does a custom take?

If every part is on the shelf it ships fast. If a part is on order we will tell you before you pay.
