Scooter wheels in every size from 100mm to 125mm, from brands we ride ourselves. Which scooter wheel size do I need?

Wheels are measured by diameter and width. 110mm by 24mm is the standard most completes come with and the size that fits almost every deck and fork. 115mm and 120mm roll faster and smoother, which street riders love, but they need a deck and fork with the clearance to take them. 100mm suits younger riders on small decks. On width, 24mm is standard and 30mm is the wide street option for more stability on landings. If you are replacing worn wheels and want zero drama, buy the size that came off your scooter.

Our picks

  • Root Industries Lotus. Our best-selling Root wheel and the one we fit to most builds. Strong urethane, a tough core, and a colour for every setup. The default answer for park and street at 110mm.
  • Root Industries Honeycore. Root's lighter wheel, with the honeycomb core that gives it the name. Fast, light and a touch cheaper, great for riders who whip and spin a lot.
  • Root Industries AIR. The entry-level Root wheel for riders replacing stock wheels on a budget without going backwards in quality.
  • Envy. The biggest range of colours and sizes in the shop, including 120mm street wheels. Envy wheels are priced per single wheel, so add two to the cart for a pair.
  • NATIVE Profile and Format. NATIVE's street wheels, built wide and fast for the riders on the NATIVE team. When they are in stock they are the premium pick for street.

Will new wheels fit my scooter?

Nearly always, as long as you match the diameter and width to what your deck and fork can clear. Any fork and deck sold for 110mm wheels takes 110mm. Going up to 115mm or 120mm needs a deck and fork rated for it. Going from 24mm to 30mm wide needs 30mm spacers, which some forks and decks include. The product page for each wheel lists its size, and if you tell us what scooter you ride we will confirm the fit before you buy.

Frequently asked questions

What size are standard scooter wheels?

110mm diameter by 24mm wide. That is what most completes ship with and what fits almost every deck and fork. 120mm is the next most common size for street riders, and 100mm is used on small kids' scooters.

What are the best scooter wheels?

For most riders we recommend Root Industries Lotus wheels. They are durable, fast, in stock all year and our best-selling Root wheel. Riders chasing the lightest setup go Honeycore; street riders wanting a wider, faster wheel look at NATIVE Profile or an Envy 120mm.

Are scooter wheels sold in pairs or singles?

It depends on the brand. Root Industries and NATIVE wheels are sold as a pair. Envy wheels are priced per single wheel, so add two to your cart for a full set. Each product page says which.

Do scooter wheels come with bearings?

Some do and some do not, so check the product page. If bearings are not included you can add a set of Root Industries ABEC bearings to the same order.

Can I put 120mm wheels on my scooter?

Only if your deck and fork are rated for 120mm. Most current street decks and forks are, many park setups are not. Check your deck's listing, or message us with the scooter model and we will tell you.

What is the difference between 24mm and 30mm wide wheels?

24mm is the standard width and fits everything. 30mm wheels give street riders a bigger contact patch and more stability on landings, but need a deck and fork with 30mm spacers.

How fast do you ship wheels?

Wheels are small and light, so they go out fast from our own stock. Shipping is a flat $15 in Australia and free on orders over $200 in Australia and New Zealand.
